Hello 2009!!

New Years was a little different this year. We went to my parents because our family friend, Lisa, was getting married that day (a very small, small wedding) and she was having the reception (or more like dinner) at my parents house. We went over to my parents around 1-ish and started preparing all the food and getting everything ready for the newlyweds! They came over around 4-ish and they were so excited! It was a second marriage for both, but they both just looked so happy :) We stayed at my parents until 6 and then headed home to ring in the New Year! Well, that didn't go as planned.....I feel asleep on the couch and Kyle played MarioKart all night. He did wake me up at like 11:50pm and we said Happy New Year and then it was back to bed for me!!
